No casualties or injury as a result of the drone assault in Erbil were reported.

All through the Heart East battle, Iran and its allied Iraqi militias have focused Iraqi Kurdistan, which hosts US infantrymen as a part of the global coalition combating ISIS, overseas oil companies, and Iranian Kurdish opposition events.
The new escalation in Iraqi Kurdistan, which in large part integrated drone attacks over Erbil, comes amid emerging tensions between the USA and Iran, probably the most severe since a cease-fire deal was once reached in mid-June.
